This is a site where I post lightly-used items from my closet for re-sale. Here's how it works: If you want this piece (or any piece listed on this site that is not marked SOLD), email me at MaiaLarkin (at) gmail (dot) com and if you are the first to request, I will send you a PayPal invoice. Shipping is free for all my resale items! Sorry to say that I only ship within the US because shipping is so expensive out of the country.
Stretch lace dress with a handkerchief-style hem, broad V-neck and fitted seams around the bodice. The lace has tons of stretch to it and is also quite substantial, so this is a multi-season lace dress that is definitely heavy enough to be layered with tights and a sweater or jacket for winter. As you can see from the last shot, it also makes a good evening beach dress or cover-up in warmer climes when worn on its own!
Also, unlike many FreePeople pieces, this dress runs more true-to-size, and is a pretty true size Medium. I am 5'11" and usually wear a size Small in FP dresses.
This dress is not as transparent as many FP slip dresses, so it can actually be worn without extra underlayers. Worn with only a bra and panties in these shots - it's quite opaque for lace. The color is a lovely antique ivory.
Very nice either belted or on its own. I have a long waist and a 36" bust, so on most people the waist seam would hit pretty much at the natural waist, whereas on me it is a little high.
This gorgeous FP piece is S/P but DEFINITELY fits like a Medium. 68% cotton, machine wash cold. Gorgeous detail and construction (but you can see that in the photos). New, worn only for photos. Off-center zip like a motorcycle jacket.
I believe this is one of the "foil" colors because it has subtly-glittery patches interspersed with the lace patterns, but I don't know what the name of the color is. It is a sort of dusty peach (the photo shows it pretty clearly - if anything, it is just a tad less "nude" and a bit more "dusty rose" than it looks in these shots).
Very sheer on top, a bit less sheer on the bottom because of the multi-layered skirt, but definitely needs to be layered. Worn here with the ruched bike shorts on the bottom and the TaiPan eagle shadow bra on top.
The Medium in this piece fits more TTS than most FP pieces. I am 36" bust, 29" waist, 35" hips and nearly 6' tall. The longest layers would probably be floor length on someone a bit less tall. For me, it falls slightly below mid-calf at the longest point (looks longer here because shot from a high angle). The bodice fits like a glove on me in a Medium, so definitely fits more snug than most FP slips in this size!).
"Vegan leather" is supersoft and feels extremely natural...no one does faux leather as well as FreePeople!
This is the color listed as "red", but it's actually a cordovan or burnt sienna color. This photo shows the color pretty true.
Fully-lined. Detachable zip-out hood is made of distressed charcoal-grey sweatshirt material, like a vintage hoodie. Two zip slash pockets at rib-level and zips at wrists. Snap-back collars, and nice long sleeves (I have long arms, and as you can see they hit me mid-hand. Lots of cool moto-style stitching detail around the ribcage. Fitted all around, and flares a bit at the bottom.
Size 8 fits fairly TTS. I am 36 bust, 29 waist and this fits snug and fitted when zipped up.
This semi-sheer gauzy cotton tunic has hidden self-ties on the inside to cinch in the waistline when worn loose (shown here belted, belt not included).Worn uncinched, this would be an oversized babydoll-style mini-dress. This is quite a long tunic - I am tall and have a very long waist, but on most people this can be worn as a mini dress, as often seen on the FPme site. Hi-Lo hem makes it longer in back. Lots of lovely embroidery around the neckline (it's real Indian embroidery, not printed). The color is a faintly antique white, not brilliant white. Voluminous, extremely lightweight and airy gauze cotton. Made in India.
Brand new, worn only for pictures! Perfect condition. Semi-sheer, floaty tunic with stunning bronze-tone embroidery and beading. Gold ribbon detailing down the center and around the upper arms. Every detail on this tunic is stunning! Ties at the neck. Broad, fluttering trumpet sleeves. Beautiful either loose or belted.
Color is antique white.
Size S/P (fits like a M), $55, free shipping in the USA
